1. Subscription — Free to Join

It takes just a few minutes to get started. Browse our range, choose your
subscription frequency, and complete checkout with your billing and shipping
details.

• Choose your pet’s favourite food
• Set your delivery frequency — weekly, fortnightly, monthly, 6-weekly, or up to
  every 3 months
• Your order is automatically dispatched on each renewal date
• Free shipping on orders over $79 to the North Island. Shipping fees apply for the
  South Island and Great Barrier Island

No contracts. No membership fees. Change products, brands, frequency, or
cancel at any time.

Hassle-Free Convenience

No more trips to the supermarket or pet store. No more lifting heavy bags or running
out of food. We handle it all — so you don’t have to.

Fully Flexible

Change your subscription frequency, bag size, products, or renewal dates at any time.
Running low? Bring your renewal forward. Have plenty? Defer it.

Renewal Reminders

We’ll email you two days before each renewal so you can review your upcoming order
and make any changes.

2. Everyday Low Prices

We’re committed to offering everyday low prices on premium pet food brands. Our
subscription prices deliver the best value for your fur babies.

We’ll price match any cheaper everyday price — excluding one-off
sales, promotions, and first-order discounts — provided it’s not below our cost
price.

All prices are in NZD.

3. Price Change Policy

Our prices only change when manufacturers or brand owners adjust their pricing.

• Prices are updated when we replenish stock — not when we’re first
  notified of an increase. In most cases, we receive 30–45 days’ notice.
• We delay passing on increases for as long as possible by bulk purchasing and
  holding larger stock volumes.

4. Delivery

North Island & Waiheke Island

• Orders over $79 — free shipping
• Orders under $79 — $5.50 flat rate
• Click & Collect — free, no minimum order

South Island

Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout:

A $5.00 rural surcharge applies to all South Island rural
deliveries.

Great Barrier Island

Same weight-based rates as the South Island (see above).

Orders are shipped on renewal or receipt of order. Internet banking orders are
shipped once payment is received.

Need to change a renewal date? Email sales@petfoodclub.co.nz and we’ll sort it
out.

5. Returns

We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you purchased an item by mistake, return it
within 14 days in its original condition for a full reimbursement.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. Please send returns

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch for a full refund to your credit
card. Once shipped, our returns policy applies.

6. Payment Options

• Credit & Debit Cards — Processed securely through
  Paymark/Worldline, a trusted New Zealand-based payment provider.
• Internet Banking — Pay by bank transfer just like any other bill.
  A tax invoice is emailed on order creation and renewal.

7. Privacy Policy

Pet Food Club takes responsible steps to protect your personal information. We
collect only what we need to process your orders — your name, address, email, phone
number, and delivery address.

We do not store credit card or bank account details on our servers.
All payments are processed securely through Paymark/Worldline.

Customer information stored on our systems is protected and accessible only by
authorised personnel. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee absolute
security and accept no liability for unauthorised access.

PCI DSS Compliance

Pet Food Club uses Worldline’s secure payment gateway and complies with the Payment
Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) — the global standard for safe card
transactions.
